Refund policy

We have a no refund policy. This means that you will not receive a refund for any booking made through Book2Stay, whether it be an emergency or as a sign of good faith on our behalf. This only applies to our resorts and 'specials'. MSC and Club Med each have specific individual return policies. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at bookings@book2stay.co.za. If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund the money into the account it was paid from.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like any of the resorts available on our website. COVID, or any other emergency will not suffice for a refund on any of these products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased booking, you can contact us at bookings@book2stay.co.za to apply for an exchange to a different resort. This option is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
