It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's licence or passport
as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted
CONFIRMATION LETTER - You or your guest to the resort will require a copy of this confirmation letter in order to check in. Please note that
the resort reserves the right to allocate another unit number (of the same size) other than the one detailed on this letter. Please further note
that certain amenities and facilities detailed on this letter may be subject to a fee, and you should clarify with the resort directly if required.
NO OVERCROWDING - If, in the opinion of management, more than the stipulated number of persons occupy the unit, you or your party ma
be required to vacate the unit and you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.
NO SUB-LETTING - You may not rent out the unit without the prior approval of management, nor may you "split the period of the booking
amongst separate guests not reflected on the official confirmation letter. Note that the unit is serviced for confirmed new arrivals on the stated
check-in date only. Should you, in the opinion of management, fail to abide by these provisions, you, or the party claiming occupation, may be
prevented from occupying and/or asked to vacate the unit, and you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.
NO PETS - No pets of any kind are allowed at the resort. Should you fail to abide by this rule, you will be required to remove the pet's (rom the
resort and will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.
NO SMOKING - Smoking is by law not allowed in the unit, on patios or in any building on the resort, other than in designated smoking areas.
Should you or any of your party smoke in the unit and, in the opinion of management, the unit needs to be cleaned as a result, you will be
liable for the applicable penalty fee.
BREAKAGES / ACCOUNTS - You will be personally liable for the cost of repairs or replacement arising from any damage or loss to the unit or
its contents, or any costs incurred by you or your party on account d'fring occupation of the unit and you will be charged accordingly. Please
note that most resorts charge a refundable breakage deposit for this purpose.
INDEMNITY - Most resorts will ask you to sign an indernity on check in. Please note only a person aged 18 years or older may sign the Guest
Registration Card on check-in and must remain in occupation for the entire period. Failure to adhere to this condition can result in the remaining
occupants, if under the age of 18 years, being requested to vacate the Resort.
Exchange accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, expense or accident suffered at the resort you have booked, and
arising from any act of God, nature, war, terrorism, insurrection, riot, boycott, theft, labour action, government action, natural disaster, bad
weather or interrupted electrical/water/municipal services.
AMENITIES AND FACILITIES - Details of the amenities and facilities are correct at time of booking, however may change dependent on
maintenance schedules.

CANCELLATION RULES

LOCKDOWN CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that you want to feel confident when making your booking without worrying about losing out. For your peace of mind, we've taken the currant

Lockdown restrictions into account and have made our terms and conditions more flexible allowing you to cancel your booking with no penalty, up until 30 days from occupation.

Thereafter if you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so under the following conditions:

If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation penalty will apply.

If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.

Where applicable, regardless of occupation date, a 50% penalty of the exchange fee will apply.

In the case of international resorts bookings, should such country prohibit travel from your country of residence, you will be permitted to replace

your booking to a later date, without penalty.

The above terms are applicable for all bookings for occupation up until 1 September 2021, with the following terms applicable for occupation thereafter:

If cancelled between 42 days and 21 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation penalty will apply.

If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.

Where applicable, regardless of occupation date, a 50% penalty of the exchange fee will apply
